Road Markings
Road Markings
We apply line marking in parking lots, industrial yards, schools and gas stations: bays, arrows, pedestrian crossings, traffic lanes, loading zones, restricted areas and accessible spaces.
Paint goes on a clean, dry surface, with the asphalt already cool and cured, setting out first with string lines and stencils so dimensions match the drawings. We use fast-drying traffic paint, with reflective glass beads where there is night traffic, and respect drying times before reopening the area.
Clear markings organise traffic and reduce incidents: proper setting out, traffic paint and standard colours.
How we do it
- Surface swept, dry and free of dust or oil before painting.
- Setting out with string lines and stencils; widths and colours to standard.
- Fast-drying traffic paint, with reflective beads where required.
Safety during application
Fresh paint is slippery and solvents are flammable, so the area is isolated and ventilated while it dries.
- Area cordoned off and signed during application and drying
- Masks, gloves and eye protection for the crew
- Flammable material stored away from heat sources
- Area reopened only when the paint is fully dry
