Asphalt Paving
Asphalt Paving
We supply and lay hot-mix asphalt for parking lots, access roads, industrial yards and gas stations. Every job starts with a survey of the existing surface, the traffic loads it must carry and the drainage, so the base, course thickness and mix are specified for real operating conditions.
The process is always the same: milling or scarifying, grading and compacting the base, prime or tack coat, laying the course with a paver at controlled temperature, and compacting with steel and pneumatic rollers to the specified density. We hand over a compaction and thickness report for every section.
More than asphalt, reliable solutions: paving that is measured, compacted and documented, delivered on the agreed date.
How we do it
- Base check: grade, moisture and compaction verified before a single metre of asphalt is laid.
- Hot mix received at 140-160 °C, with temperature checks at discharge and during compaction.
- Sealed joints, correct slopes and a thickness and compaction report at handover.
Site safety
We work with hot material and heavy machinery: the area is secured before we start and released only once the course is cool and marked.
- Work front closed off with cones, mesh and signage
- Crews in boots, heat-resistant gloves, hi-vis vests and helmets
- Flagger and alternative pedestrian routes during the operation
- Vehicles and forklifts kept out until the section is released
Frequently asked questions
It depends on the load and the base. Light vehicles usually need 5-7 cm; truck traffic calls for 8-12 cm over a well compacted base.
Light traffic within a few hours, once the surface cools below 50 °C; heavy loads the next day.
Yes. We schedule in stages, at night or on weekends, always keeping access and emergency exits open.
